I have been a Realtor for the past 12 years with Childers Sotheby’s International Realty and have been living at the shore for 32 years. Ted works as a local contractor on the barrier island. He has been a Master Plumber and Master HV contractor for 34 years. He expanded 15 yrs ago to include building/renovating homes.

What we do...
Typically House Watch begins
November 1st through April 30th.
Weekly inspections are included for the
standard fee of $80/month.
Other services available at additional fees include:
Winterization.
Package retrieval.
General house repairs.
Interior Inspections
- Check that interior doors & windows are secure.
- Check for water leaks, bugs / rodent problems.
- Check interior temperature.
- Check for signs of burglary.
- Check that security system is armed.
- Bring in mail, packages, newspapers etc.
Exterior Inspections
- Walk the perimeter of the property.
- Check that exterior doors are secure.
- Check that exterior window screens are secure.
- Check that gates are closed & secure.
- Check the exterior for signs of burglary, vandalism or critter invasion.
- Check for storm damage.
$80.00 per month
Homeowner will receive an emailed report each
week upon completion of inspection.
This list of items can be completely customized to include
additional items that you'd like us to take care of
while you are away from your property,
no request too big or too small.
